Find your balance in the beautiful city of San Sebastian
My name is Sarah, and I am a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher and lover of the waves and ocean in this beautiful city, Donostia.
Having studied yoga in London for a number of years I started my journey as a teacher, training in Bali with the Santosha Yoga Institute. I continue to enjoy studying all aspects of yoga and have recently been focusing on human anatomy, completing further registered studies in this field.
Originally from Scotland, my classes are taught in English and are fun, friendly and come straight from the heart.
Something magical happens when you take a little bit of time to slow down, reconnect and tune in to your breath. I'd love to share the benefits of yoga with you - put simply, it calms the mind, strengthens the body, makes you more flexible and promotes an overall sense of well-being.
Yoga is for everyone, no matter what your age, level of fitness or flexibility. What are you waiting for?! Come and join me!
Please note that due to current CO-VID19 restrictions masks must be worn from the point of entry to the building until you leave. Your co-operation on this is greatly appreciated!

Everything You Need
During the summer months, we make the most of the sunshine and sea air and take it down to the beach for a morning practice. Keep your eyes peeled on the class schedule for the timetable. A great way to start the day.
In town for a short time and would like to fit some classes in around your pintxos? Can't find a class to suit your busy schedule? Let me know! I am available for private and small group classes and would be delighted to help you integrate yoga into your daily life or holiday plans.
DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT?
Due to the current Co-VID 19 pandemic, you might feel more comfortable bringing your own mat, blocks and straps with you. However, if you don't have these things to hand, no worries at all. Our studio is fully equipped and we can lend you everything you need to practice. We just ask that you please disinfect anything you borrow carefully after use, and leave it ready for the next yogi to use.
CAN I COME ALONG EVEN IF I'M A BEGINNER?
Yes, absolutely, I'd be really pleased if you came along. I know some yoga classes can seem intimidating but I promise this isn't one of them! Not only do I have a lovely and friendly group of regular students but I design these classes specifically to be open-level. This means that there are plenty of variations for postures offered and there is always an accessible alternative to try. If you still have any questions at all, please just send me a message.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
I would recommend wearing something comfortable that you feel you can move and stretch in without restrictions. Leggings, shorts or thinner cotton trousers or thin tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt or top are ideal. In winter months it can be handy to bring a jumper or extra layer and some socks to keep you warm during savasana as your body temperature cools down.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
In order to manage numbers and so that I have your contact details in case there are any changes to the schedule, I would be really grateful if you could book your slot either by sending me a quick email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or a Whatsapp (+34 617 870 775). Similarly, if you need to cancel, please let me know and then we can free the space up for another yogi.
Sarah's weekly classes got me through the dark days of lockdown this year. Her sessions are always varied, challenging and relaxing. I highly recommend trying out her class.
It really makes a difference practicing with someone who knows this much about how the spine and muscles work and who explains it in such and easily digestible way.
The personal attention and instruction means there is always an alternative posture offered in case of injury for example. Some how just before the end of class I am up a notch to an even more relaxed place!
